Terms of Use | NEXFIRE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the NEXFIREplatform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

NEXFIRE is a SaaS platform that enables you to:

Create and deploy autonomous AI agents
Orchestrate multi-agent workflows
Integrate tools via managed connectors and APIs
Manage vector knowledge bases
Monitor and audit agent executions

3. User Account

3.1 Account creation

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

3.2 Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities performed under your account, including actions executed by agents you create and deploy.

3.3 Security

You must immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account atsecurity@nexfire.fr

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Create agents that generate spam, phishing, or malicious content
Attempt to compromise platform security (unauthorized pentesting)
Violate third-party intellectual property rights
Automate abusive actions (mass scraping, DDoS, etc.)
Resell access to the platform without written permission
Use LLMs to generate hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content

Any violation will result in immediate suspension of your account without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our property

The source code, documentation, logos, and all platform content are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

5.2 Your content

You retain all rights to the agents, workflows, and data you create. You grant us a limited license to host and execute your content.

5.3 Open Source

Some components use open source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0). Details are available in our GitHub repository.

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Subscription plans

We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Pricing is available at /pricing.

6.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your choice. Payments are processed via Stripe.

6.3 Refund

Refunds are available within 14 days for any new subscription. Contactbilling@nexfire.fr.

7. Service Availability

We aim for an SLA of 99.5% availabilityfor Pro and Enterprise plans. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to:

Perform scheduled maintenance (48h notice)
Temporarily suspend service in case of security emergency
Limit usage during overload (rate limiting)

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "AS IS"without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:

Errors or unexpected behavior of AI agents you create
Data loss resulting from misconfiguration
External LLM costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, etc.)
Indirect damages or loss of revenue

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid over the last 12 months.

9. Termination

9.1 By you

You may terminate your account at any time from /profile.Your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9.2 By us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Major changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
